4 Corners: Afrikans at the Crossroads Class Series
In this course, we explore concepts foundational to the cultures and spiritual traditions of Afrikan peoples. Our lens and guide will be the four cardinal directions (East, West, North and South).
We will explore the powers and meanings associated with these points/directions as understood chiefly in the cosmologies of the Bakongo, Yoruba, and Fon peoples as well as among their descendant traditions in the diaspora.
